I actually finished this book a few days ago, but being the lazy person i am, kept putting off talking about it. However, just because i put off putting it on her does not mean it wasn't one of the best books I've ever read.
After the first couple of sentences, I instantly fell in love. The characters are ones not to be forgotten, the description truly makes you feel like you're there, and the main character is smart, funny, and lovable.
The book is set in letters and one journal, and that makes it all the better. I wholly recommend this wonderful piece of literature to EVERYONE!! So go out and buy/check out/borrow The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie now! :)
